We are looking for an experienced bilingual **Warehouse Manager** to oversee daily operations. This role involves not only supervising staff but also managing various distribution processes related to materials and equipment. **Job Responsibilities:** * Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities by developing, coordinating, and enforcing operational programs. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding warehousing, material handling, and shipping by keeping abreast of current legislation. * Manage inventory levels by performing physical counts and reconciling with data systems. * Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment. Enhance staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions. * Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leaders.
