### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring a Neuro PCU RN for a night shift assignment at a Level I Trauma teaching hospital, requiring active VA or Compact RN license and NIHSS certification. ### **Details** * Neuro PCU unit within an acute care teaching hospital * Adult patient population with neurological conditions including neurosurgical recovery, stroke management, and neuro\-specific diagnoses * Includes 5 dedicated beds for continuous 24\-hour epilepsy monitoring * Patient ratios of 1:4\-5, with possible 1:5 ratio assignments * Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 6:45pm to 7:15am * Weekend requirement of every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts within a 6\-week block * Floating required to units within clinical skillset * EPIC charting experience required * Facility may call off up to 1 shift per 2 weeks * Must work one holiday per 13\-week contract ### **Requirements** * Active VA State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only for candidates from non\-compact states * Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications requi...
