**Position Summary** The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads the company’s finance and accounting function, strengthening day\-to\-day operations and supporting the continued growth of a construction business. This is a fully onsite role with responsibility for financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial insight for company leaders. During the first 6 to 12 months, the CFO will work closely with the accounting operation, understand current practices, and guide improvements while the department and organization continue to develop.
