**Part\-Time** **Ranch Hand** **Location:** Seamark Ranch – Green Cove Springs, FL **Schedule:** Part\-Time (up to 20–25 hours per week; flexible scheduling available) **Reports To:** Facilities Manager **Position Summary** Seamark Ranch is seeking a dependable and hardworking **Part\-Time** **Ranch Hand** to support the upkeep and daily operations of our 465\-acre campus. This role involves hands\-on work in property maintenance, animal care, landscaping, and assisting with facility maintenance and various projects across the Ranch. Ideal candidates are self\-motivated, take pride in their work, and align with Seamark Ranch’s mission to provide a Christ\-centered environment for children and families in need. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with groundskeeping duties: mowing, trimming, weeding, and general landscape upkeep * Perform routine maintenance and repairs: fence mending, trail clearing, painting, etc. * Assist with facility and infrastructure maintenance and construction. * Support animal care: feeding, cleaning pens/stalls, and maintaining livestock areas * Help with gardening and agricultural projects (planting, watering, harvesting) * Clean and maintain workspaces, t...
