We're hiring a killer senior creative strategist who understands parents, kids, Meta, AI creatives, and has scaled ads past $100K in spend. **THE ROLE** * Know our customers better than anyone: what parents want, what worries them, and what makes them buy. * Come up with ad concepts and write the scripts for them * Work with your own pod of editors, who bring your ideas to life **HOW YOU THINK** * Your angles come from real customers: reviews, comments, Reddit threads, survey answers. Not a spy tool and a swipe file. * You can explain exactly WHY an ad won: the angle, the awareness level, the psychology. * You know Schwartz inside out: awareness levels, market sophistication, Breakthrough Advertising. * AI is a tool for you.
