Overview: i3 is seeking a **Mid\-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst** to join a well\-established team in an AVMC lab that supports the development, test, and fielding of missile defense radar systems. Responsibilities: * Common tasks for this position include analysis tool design and development, and complex analysis on radar system and/or algorithm performance. * Provide expertise on various aspects of critical radar functions including acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, advanced functions, and system\-level interactions. * Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems. * Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling \& simulation (M\&S), post\-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts. * Interact with external customers and stakeholders within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), program offices, and radar development prime contractors.
