**Job Description Summary** This position is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of assigned field project(s). **Essential Functions** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1\. Coordinate \& communicate with Field Operations Manager and Estimator on project status, problems or deviations from schedule or contract. 2\. Possess working knowledge of all project plans and specifications. 3\. Order/requisition materials and supplies. 4\. Coordinate work activities with other project activities and subcontractors. 5\. Supervise employees, discipline as necessary, and evaluate performance. 6\. Generate accurate Daily Worksheets, time cards, and daily inspection logs for equipment. 7\. Represent JAF at project coordination meetings. 8\. Coordinate changes to manpower, customer requests, and employee/site issues with Field Operations Manager/Project Manager. 9\.
