**Description** JOB INFORMATION: Title: Manager, Security Operations Authority: NYCTA Department: Bus Fare Enforcement /Eagle Teams Division/Unit: Security Location: Various Hours: As required Telework (if Applicable): Reporting Manager (if Applicable) AVP of Fare Enforcement Deadline (if Applicable) 09/25/2026 Compensation: $94,665 \- $118,331 (SAS 006\) **POSITON SUMMARY:** This position is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining various NYCT security functions. Responsibilities may include managing employees in the Security Command Center, managing Transit Property Protection Agents and Supervisors in the Field Operations Division or managing Special Inspectors, Fare Enforcement Agents and Special Inspector Supervisors in the Fare Enforcement \& Anti\-Vandalism teams throughout the five boroughs The candidate will manage security at special events when required and make critical decisions as required.
