Summary Layton Construction is seeking an experienced **Structural Project Manager with proven high\-rise construction experience** to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex structural scopes on large\-scale vertical construction projects. The Structural Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of structural construction activities, with particular emphasis on **concrete, reinforcing steel, post\-tensioning, structural steel, vertical sequencing, schedule, cost, quality, and trade partner coordination** . The ideal candidate brings hands\-on experience successfully managing structural scopes on **high\-rise buildings** and understands the unique challenges associated with vertical construction, including structural sequencing, floor\-cycle planning, crane and material logistics, temporary works, embeds, MEP coordination, and maintaining schedule performance through the structural phase.
