* Lead, plan, and facilitate the implementation of projects in accordance with project scope, deliverables, and goals. * Utilize project management tools. * Set expectations and hold employees accountable for assigned tasks and milestone goals. * Define project tasks and resource requirements in the development of a Project Narrative. * Assemble, coordinate, and provide direction to project staff. * Manage project budget and resource allocation. * Communicate with clients on project deliverables, schedules, and scope of work * Track and report on project deliverables to management * Provide direction and support to project teams. * Maintain the highest level of quality assurance and safety. * Consistently monitor and report on progress of project to all stakeholders defining project progress, problems, and solutions. * Complete Project evaluations and assessment of results at project close out. * Significant field work and oversight in the field may be required. * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Associates Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience * Project management or project lead experience * Strong knowledge of industrial power systems. * Excellent commu...
