**Position Summary** The IT Engineer is responsible for the day\-to\-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Northway Biotech's IT infrastructure and technology systems. This role provides technical support to employees while ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of business, laboratory, manufacturing, and facility\-related computerized systems. The IT Engineer will serve as the primary on\-site IT resource, will report to the Head of Maintenance and Engineering and work closely with Maintenance and Engineering group, Quality group, and external vendors to support a GMP\-regulated biotech environment. **Position Responsibilities** * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. * Provide technical support and training to end users on hardware, software, and IT systems. * Maintain and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and user access management. * Manage and support servers, storage, virtualization platforms, backups, and cybersecurity measures. * Maintain and administer local and wireless network infrastructure, internet connectivity, ...
