This position is responsible for coordinating staff, managing courier operations, overseeing sample receiving and warehouse activities, and ensuring samples are properly received, documented, and entered into the LIMS system. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced laboratory environment. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **Personnel Management** * Supervise and manage courier and sample receiving personnel. * Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM. * Monitor employee attendance and complete biweekly attendance records for payroll. * Review and approve overtime as appropriate. * Monitor sick time and communica...
