This role is more than writing code: it owns the stability, release quality, and technical debt of the in\-house systems as the store network scales. **Job Responsibilities** 1\. **Production\-system maintenance** * Take over maintenance and iteration of TESO Dock (replenishment/procurement/supplier portal), TESO Dashboard (group ops platform), and Teso Tools. * Build docs, monitoring, and on\-call rotation to remove single\-maintainer risk. 2\. **Roadmap development** * Build the product tax management system, automated KPI dashboards, ticketing system, and HRIS modules per P0/P1 priorities. * ...
