We are looking for a positive, highly motivated ***Transportation Supervisor,*** on the overnight crew at our operation in Dearborn, MI. As Transportation Supervisor, you will work closely with the Transportation Manager and other Department Managers. The Transportation Supervisor manages their team of switchers, CDL A, and Hot shot drivers to success through training, coaching, and team building. They will oversee complete compliance with DOT regulation, company policy, and ensure management to the right KPIs to accurately measure that success. This is a very high paced role that requires the ability to prioritize work successfully and adapt to shifting priorities. .
