Each vertical addresses a large, under\-served market where reimbursement frameworks, regulatory tailwinds, and commercial validation come together to create a durable path to scale. The Junior Account Manager is in the field liaising with clients and staff and is the foundation of our client\-facing team, learning the clinical laboratory environment under the guidance of senior team members. This role assists existing provider accounts with all of their needs, from specimen logistics to day\-to\-day support while developing core competencies in lab service knowledge, compliance, and client communication.
