The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a location’s day\-to\-day operations; the individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world\-class operator and helping others to do the same. In addition to full P\&L ownership, the General Manager is responsible for capturing a major MSA through organic growth and potentially leading additional M\&A activity.
