This position ensures Technicians have the training, equipment, inventory, and support necessary to complete their work safely, efficiently, and to DMG quality standards. The Supervisor will assist with onboarding and training new Technicians, monitor job quality, maintain inventory levels, and ensure company procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
