NextPoint Delivery is launching a new last\-mile delivery operation in Dallas, Fort Worth area supporting a major national retailer. We’re looking for a hands\-on **Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher** to help launch and manage daily delivery operations. You’ll work alongside an experienced NextPoint Launch Lead during startup, receiving hands\-on training before transitioning into day\-to\-day responsibility for the Dallas operation. **What You’ll Do** * Dispatch and coordinate drivers * Monitor routes and resolve delivery issues * Manage attendance, route completion and rescue coverage * Help onboard and train new drivers * Coordinate daily vehicle readiness * Track exceptions, returns and operational performance * Communicate with drivers, leadership and logistics partners **What We’re Looking For** * Dispatch, logistics, transportation or delivery experience preferred * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Organized, dependable and comfortable in a fast\-paced environment * Comfortable learning routing and delivery technology * Last\-mile experience with Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS or Walmart is a plus * Weekend/flexible availability as needed Pay: $20\.00 \- $23\.00 ...
