Accounting Manager Job Description **Work Arrangement** Hybrid with regular in\-office requirement at our Regional Office in Clearwater **Position Summary** The Accounting Manager, reporting to the Controller, plays a critical role in the financial management, compliance, and operational effectiveness of the Agency. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate grant and donor fund records, budgets, reimbursements, financial reporting, and supporting documentation while ensuring compliance with funder requirements, Agency policies, and applicable accounting standards. Working closely with the Controller, Director of Grant Writing \& Management, and Program Leadership, the Accounting Manager will develop and monitor grant and donor fund budgets, track financial activity, prepare reimbursements and financial reports, support grant compliance and monitoring, and maintain accurate and up\-to\-date grant tracking systems. This role serves as an important bridge between Finance, Development, and Program teams to ensure restricted funds are appropriately budgeted, tracked, and reported.
