Join our Finance team as an **Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting**. In this role, you’ll support the Global Controller in overseeing key financial accounting and reporting activities, including month\-end consolidation, variance analysis, intercompany reconciliations, J\-SOX compliance, internal and external audits, technical accounting research, and cyclical finance deliverables. Working closely with Finance and cross\-functional teams across our global organization, you’ll help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to our ultimate parent company in Japan. You’ll also respond to ad hoc departmental reporting requests and support various initiatives, with an initial emphasis on evaluating and improving existing processes. As a key member of the Finance team, you’ll help strengthen internal controls, enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across our global financial operations.
