Work with senior management to conduct job, task, and needs analysis to identify strategically aligned learning and performance initiatives and design and develop blended learning and performance support solutions in a variety of delivery modes and mix of technologies (e.g., instructor\-led training, self\-paced training, collaboration tools, other online learning support, etc.). It may also procure and manage external vendors and measure the business impact and effectiveness of deployed learning and performance solutions.
