POSITION DESCRIPTION Mobile Inventory Coordinator Department : Information Technology \| FLSA Classification: Non\-Exempt \| Employment Type: Full\-Time Position Summary The Mobile Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory of mobile devices, accessories, and related IT assets. This position supports inventory tracking, auditing, reconciliation, order fulfillment, device provisioning, shipping and receiving, and mobile device lifecycle activities. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and proactive coordination with internal teams, vendors, and end users to ensure timely fulfillment and effective asset management.
