TAJ Automotive is seeking an organized and dependable Parts Manager to take ownership of our parts operation and help keep the shop moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who understands inventory, knows how to work with vendors, and can stay ahead of what technicians need. You'll be responsible for making sure the right parts are available at the right time while controlling costs, maintaining accurate inventory, and minimizing delays. What You'll Do * Manage the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of automotive parts * Maintain appropriate inventory levels based on shop demand * Source parts from vendors and compare availability, pricing, and delivery times * Work closely with technicians and service staff to identify parts requirements * Track outstanding orders and follow up on delayed or backordered items * Verify incoming parts for accuracy and condition * Maintain organized and accurate inventory records * Process returns, warranties, credits, and defective parts * Monitor parts costs and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary spending * Build productive relationships with suppliers and parts vendors * Conduct routine inventory counts and inv...
