Overview: The Product Analyst will serve as the liaison between the product vision and software implementation/development. This role is responsible for communication on development progress, milestones, and deliverables across the organization. Coordinates with those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. Responsibilities: * Work in an Agile environment to plan product releases that balance customer needs and business goals * Work alongside Tech Lead and Scrum Master in the planning, execution, and review of each sprint, identifying opportunities and risks * Work with Product Manager to understand and validate customer needs; contribute to product roadmap * Translate needs into user stories, define their acceptance criteria, and verify when they are met * Be the expert of customer workflows and needs, acting as the voice of our customers for team questions * Ensure transparency into the development progress and relay milestones and deliverables to stakeholders * Gather needs and feedback from many sources and decide what will best deliver value to customers; including decisions on what NOT to build * Manage, re...
