**Position Purpose:** The Service Operations Specialist supports the service department by managing the service work pipeline, assisting with RFQs and quoting, and ensuring operational continuity during high\-volume periods. This role provides overflow support for service coordination and billing while helping drive recurring revenue through monitoring programs and service offerings.
