**What to Expect** Tesla’s Cell Manufacturing Engineering group is looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to lead equipment design, installation and commissioning projects from concept to execution. The role requires a highly organized individual that can take complex, ambiguous requirements into reality to build high\-speed manufacturing equipment and factories. As a Project Engineer, you will join a cross\-functional project engineering team responsible for the technical deliverables, schedule, budget, work packages, interface management, project risk mitigation, equipment design and contractor scopes for all aspects of engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. **What You'll Do** * This role will develop, scale\-up and optimize battery manufacturing equipment, focused heavily on Powder Mixing equipment at multiple sites * Responsible for leading the full design and engineering of Tesla equipment and factory design from concept to production launch * Responsible for defining and leading engineering discipline scopes for internal and external engineering teams, including mechanical, pneumatics, automation, electrical, structural, civil, etc. *...
