**Location:** Medical Center \- Fort Worth **Department:** Supply Chain Admin **Shift:** First Shift (United States of America) **Standard Weekly Hours:** 40 **Summary:** The Manager of Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain will lead and executes enterprise\-wide strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier strategy across the organization. Responsible for developing and implementing multi\-year category strategies, driving cost savings, supplier innovation, risk mitigation, and value creation, while ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and financial objectives. The Manager of Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain will provide leadership over contracting, procurement, and value analysis functions, while advancing, analytics\-driven decision\-making and supplier performance management. The Manager of Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and fosters strong internal and external relationships to deliver quality, safety, service, and cost outcomes.
