JET is seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Performance Excellence Specialist to join our Management Team. This is a unique cross\-functional role for someone who enjoys taking ideas and turning them into polished, practical results. Working closely with the Executive Director and Management Team, the Performance Excellence Specialist will help strengthen how JET communicates, trains employees, documents processes, uses technology, monitors performance, and continuously improves the way we work.
