Oversee all functions of managing the Social Services, Tribal Development and Natural Cultural Resource Departments as well as other programs as assigned. Job duties include strategic planning implementation of programs, personnel management, contract and compact compliance (or agreements), financial management, planning and interagency coordination. Incumbent must be able to communicate well with staff and tribal clients. This position seeks to make a positive impact for TCC villages through the support and oversight of programs and resources that assist in advancing sovereign tribal governments, building economic capacity, strengthening educational opportunities, and promoting culture. *Adhere to the TCC Ch eghwtsen model of service and guiding principle which requires providing timely and effective service along with the ability to interact with others in a way that inspires trust and demonstrates respect, compassion and empathy.
