**Marketing Specialist** **Position Summary:** Our Pharma and Consumer Health (PCH) Marketing and Strategy team is responsible for shaping the PCH Segment’s Strategic Plan alongside Business Leaders, business insight, market intelligence, product and marketing initiatives, and managing customer\-facing events. The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing programs across Catalent's Self\-Care portfolio, including Vitamins, Minerals \& Supplements (VMS), Wellness, Beauty, and Over the Counter (OTC) categories. This role helps drive brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial effectiveness through coordinated marketing initiatives, content development, events, and sales enablement activities. The position partners cross\-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Portfolio, Innovation, and Corporate Marketing teams to deliver high\-quality, customer\-focused marketing programs aligned to Self\-Care strategic priorities.
