**Job Overview** **GrowthPoint Outdoor Design** provides professional outdoor design services for landscape and outdoor construction companies. We work directly with contractors to help them deliver high\-quality designs and presentations to their clients. We’re looking for an **Account Manager / Design Coordinator** who can serve as the primary point of contact between our contractor clients and our design team. This is not just a traditional customer\-service position. You’ll need to understand the outdoor construction industry well enough to confidently communicate with contractors about their projects, understand what they’re asking for, coordinate revisions with designers, and help keep projects moving. **A minimum of 2 years of professional outdoor construction experience is required.** This could include landscape construction, hardscaping, outdoor living construction, landscape design, pool construction, or a closely related field. **What you'll be responsible for** * Onboard new members after they sign up * Serve as a primary point of contact for contractor clients * Coordinate projects between contractors and our lead designers * Receive, clarify, and communicate design r...
