### **Description** The Assistant Sales Manager is a **primarily field\-based leadership role** for an experienced roofing sales professional who can lead by example while helping develop and coach the sales team. Your primary responsibility is to continue producing strong sales results in the field while demonstrating Galloway Roofing’s sales process and best practices. You’ll also spend time working alongside other sales reps taking reps with you to shadow your appointments, shadowing reps in the field, and providing hands\-on coaching to help improve their performance.
