Company: Haohua Tire North America Location: Bellaire, Houston, TX Type: Full\-time, on\-site Responsibilities * Coordinate intermodal port\-to\-warehouse drayage for containers arriving at U.S. ports * Work with trucking carriers on dispatch, pickup appointments, and delivery scheduling; track containers through final delivery * Monitor detention, chassis, and storage charges to avoid unnecessary extra costs * Reconcile carrier invoices against rates on file, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on payment * Coordinate with customs brokers, ocean carriers, warehouses, and customers to keep documents and deliveries on track * Maintain logistics records and system data; prepare regular shipment and cost reports * Communicate shipment status to the China headquarters and U.S. sales team Requirements * Bachelor's degree or above; logistics, international trade, or related major preferred * 1\+ year of experience in ocean import, container drayage, or freight forwarding * Familiar with import documents (bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice) and port pickup procedures * Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; detail\-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple conta...
