We are hiring a senior **Sr. Marketplace Account Manager** for a **fully remote** role to lead our most complex client accounts, mentor account managers and analysts, and build the operational standards and playbooks that scale our entire marketplace function. This is a hybrid "player\-coach" role combining hands\-on platform expertise with executive\-level strategy, team leadership, and business development support. What You'll Do * **Strategic Leadership:** Own our highest\-revenue, most complex client accounts, driving 6–to–12\-month strategic roadmaps and leading conversations with senior stakeholders (VPs, CMOs, founders). * **Team \& Process Building:** Coach account managers and analysts, and author the SOPs, playbooks, and quality benchmarks used across the organization. * **Cross\-Functional \& Multi\-Channel Execution:** Integrate retail operations seamlessly with advertising and creative teams across Amazon (Seller Central \& Vendor Central), Walmart, and Target Plus. * **Business Development:** Lead prospect audits, build pitch narratives, and help scope new client engagements. * **Escalations \& Resolution:** Act as the senior escalation point for platform technical em...
