**ZETO Verified LLC** is looking for a motivated, professional **Remote Customer Service Specialist** to help prospective learners enroll in our online transportation training courses. What You’ll Do: * Contact applicants who have expressed interest in ZETO training courses. * Follow up with applicants who have submitted their resumes or requested information. * Explain course options, schedules, pricing, and enrollment requirements. * Answer questions and provide excellent customer service. * Follow up with interested applicants who have not completed registration. * Assist applicants with the online enrollment process. * Maintain accurate applicant and enrollment records. * Help prospective learners take the next step toward starting their transportation career. Ideal Candidate: * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Comfortable speaking with applicants by phone. * Professional, friendly, and organized. * Strong follow\-up skills. * Sales, recruiting, admissions, or customer service experience is a plus. * Must be dependable and comfortable working remotely. * Must have your own phone, computer and internet.
