**Summary** Responsible for providing leadership, vision and direction in developing both long and short\-term financial policies, procedures and plans to support Garland Power \& Light’s (GP\&L) financial goals and strategies. Responsible for planning and directing the activities and operations of GP\&L’s Accounting, Budget, and Finance functions.
