**Clinical Services Manager (RN)****Department:** Clinical Services **Classification:** Exempt **Supervises:** Clinical Supervisors and assigned clinical leadership staff **Position Summary** The Clinical Services Manager (RN) provides clinical leadership and oversight for assigned specialties and locations within the practice. This position leads Clinical Supervisors and works closely with providers, Operations leadership, Quality and Safety, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient clinical operations. The Clinical Services Manager focuses on clinical leadership, recruitment, staff development, clinical standards, quality, staffing effectiveness, and workflow improvement. Day\-to\-day management of clinical staff remains the responsibility of the Clinical Supervisor. **Essential Responsibilities****Clinical Leadership*** Provide clinical oversight and support for assigned departments and locations. * Serve as a resource and escalation point for Clinical Supervisors and department leadership. * Promote consistent clinical practices while recognizing appropriate specialty\-specific needs. * Maintain regular visibility in assigned departments....
