**Your role** ------------- Bring your curiosity to work as our next **HR Services Specialist.** T he HR Services Specialist supports payroll, benefits, compensation, payroll tax, and HR service delivery for U.S. and Canadian employees. As part of a centralized HR Services team, this role provides support through a ticket\-based service model, ensuring timely resolution of employee and manager inquiries while delivering an excellent customer experience. The position serves as a key resource for benefits, payroll, employee data, compliance, and HR processes. While payroll processing is managed through Dayforce Managed Payroll Services, the HR Services Specialist is expected to understand and apply benefits concepts, payroll concepts, tax implications, and employee impacts to effectively support operations and resolve issues.
