**Position Summary** The Program \& Digital Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Move2STL's mission to attract and retain talent in the St. Louis region. This position combines digital communications, program operations, candidate engagement, data management, and technology to support the continued growth of one of the region's workforce initiatives. Working closely with the Director\-Move2STL, the Coordinator helps manage the systems, communications, and operational processes that guide prospective candidates from initial interest through relocation. This position also supports employer engagement, maintains program data, develops digital content, and identifies opportunities to improve workflows through technology and AI\-assisted tools. This is not a traditional marketing position. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving systems, learning new technology, and taking ownership of projects while contributing to a mission\-driven organization.
