**POSITION OVERVIEW** The LCCL is seeking a versatile, relationship\-centered Program Manager who can operate at the intersection of community, government systems, and nonprofit capacity building. This role requires someone who can coach and support executive directors, confidently facilitate meetings, and build rapport with both grassroots leaders and institutional stakeholders. The LCCL manages a diverse portfolio of community\-based initiatives—including reentry, community violence intervention and prevention, victim services, behavioral health and wellness, and other community reinvestment efforts—and Program Managers may support one or several of these initiatives based on organizational needs. Success in this role requires strong ownership and follow\-through: proactively managing responsibilities, maintaining consistent engagement with partners, documenting work, anticipating needs, identifying concerns early, and communicating clearly when additional support or direction is needed. **This is not a behind\-the\-scenes role.** It is a customer\- and client\-facing position.
