We work with some of the region's leading general contractors, and we're a lean team where your work directly shapes how the company grows. **The role** You'll own projects from the bid through closeout. That means estimating and winning the work, then running it. You'll be the main point of contact for general contractors, owners, subs and vendors. **Estimating and bidding** Review bid invitations, plans and specs, and decide which jobs to pursue. Perform quantity takeoffs and build accurate estimates for painting, plaster and specialty finishes. Request and level subcontractor and vendor pricing, and flag gaps in scope. Prepare clear proposals with scope, inclusions, exclusions and alternates. Track the bid pipeline, due dates, follow\-ups and results.
