Senior Backend Engineer **ROLE OVERVIEW** We are seeking a senior, hands\-on engineer to own the technical integrity and delivery of a core backend platform. Working within established architectural direction, you will make build\-versus\-configuration decisions, uphold engineering quality, and serve as a technical anchor for a small specialist team. This is an expert\-level engineering engagement focused on building and delivering production software—not an advisory or oversight role. The work centers on core software development and transaction processing that supports the operational backbone of a live system. It is not an analytics, data\-warehousing, or business\-intelligence position.
