**Position Title:** Counselor I **Department: AV\-Assessments** **Reports To:** as assigned by the Program Director **POSITION SUMMARY** Provides pre\-screening and SUD assessments, individual counseling, group facilitation, and crisis intervention as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position requires providing services at designated PSH co\-location sites within the community and may require travel between the main office and co\-location sites.
