This role offers the opportunity to influence critical, firm\-wide initiatives with regular exposure to our Chief Information Officer and Senior IT Leadership Team. Our business\-pull approach starts with the priorities of Baird's business units and CRGs and stewards smart, long\-term technology decisions. This is a business and strategy\-oriented role rather than a technical one, so deep technical experience is not required.
