**About us** Coco Wellness Spa is a med spa in Anna, TX; providing high quality health and wellness services in a loving and welcoming enviroment. We are currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who has a minimum of six months' experience working in primary care. The ideal candidate will be available to work in Fort Wayne and will have experience doing a variety of medical assisting tasks, including taking vital signs, recording patient information and administering medications. We are looking for an individual who lives locally and is able to work evenings and weekends. Responsibilities: * Assist with treatments and procedures performed by a doctor, licensed practitioner, or registered nurse. * Take vitals, perform medical tests and update records. * Schedule appointments for patients and follow up calls. * Monitor and administer medications. * Gather patient information. * Prepare the treatment room, or procedure room for immediate use.
