PROJECT MANAGER **Sauer Structural LLC, Oak Hill, Florida** **Position Summary** -------------------- The Project Manager provides leadership and overall management for Sauer Structural projects from contract award through closeout. This position is responsible for contract administration, financial performance, schedule, procurement, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager builds strong working relationships with owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable project requirements. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------- * Lead project teams and coordinate the work of superintendents, quality personnel, safety personnel, project engineers, subcontractors, and other assigned staff. * Plan and manage structural projects, including purchasing, shop drawings, project kick\-off, and weekly owner update meetings in accordance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets. * Understand and administer prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other project agreements. * Es...
