**Part\-Time Sales Front Desk Patient Concierge** **Vitality Med Spa \& Surgery Center** **Pay:** $18\.00 – $20\.00 per hour **Job description:** We are hiring (1\) Part\-Time Sales Front Desk Patient Concierge at Vitality Med Spa \& Surgery Center. **Schedule (approximately 19\.5 hours per week):** * Monday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm * Friday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm * Saturday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm This role works alongside another Front Desk Patient Concierge on most shifts. On some Saturdays, this person will be the only front desk coverage. **Mandatory Company Events as scheduled** The Front Desk Patient Concierge runs the spa, its guests and its employees at all times. They have eyes and ears in all directions and promote efficiency, leading to the ultimate guest experience. **Duties:** * Welcomes patients, visitors and industry reps in person, answers or refers inquiries, and schedules appointments as needed. * Introduces guests to our facility and to themselves. * Optimizes patient satisfaction, provider time and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by phone.
