### **Full\-time · Salaried · $700/week \+ monthly bonus (approx. $42,000–$44,000/year)** ### **About The Role** Trevino's Auto Mart has been a staple in McAllen for more than 30 years. We're an established dealership with a loyal customer base, excellent lender relationships, and a business that continues to grow. We are hiring a hands\-on Service Writer / Reconditioning Specialist to inspect and road test incoming inventory, diagnose issues with a scan tool, handle light repairs, write up customer vehicles, and coordinate the repairs we send to our partner shops, working alongside our Service Manager. We're looking for someone who is driven, good with people, and takes pride in their work. ### **Responsibilities** * Inspect and road test every incoming vehicle and document its mechanical condition * Diagnose drivability, emissions, and electrical concerns with a scan tool: codes, freeze frame, fuel trims and readiness monitors * Perform in\-house repairs: brakes, batteries, belts and hoses, sensors, bulbs, filters, minor electrical, minor mechanical and similar work * Verify every repair: clear codes, run drive cycles, and confirm monitors pass before a vehicle is released * Writ...
