**Job Summary:** The Hopewell Inn is seeking a Full\-Time team\-oriented candidate for the General Manager position. Ideal candidate must be courteous and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills. Candidate must also be willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays. **Essential Functions:** * Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant * Monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef * Maintain a very clean work environment * Monitor day\-to\-day events of restaurant * Record all deliveries (paper, produce etc.) and any errors * Coach and support new and existing staff members * Oversee the closing of the till and restaurant * Weekly trip to the bank * Oversee reservations and work with Assistant Manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for. * Maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets * Make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines * Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff **Physical Demands:** Physical, Mental and Workplace Environment Conditions * The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk o...
