**Purpose** The Homeowner Services Specialist (HSS) serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners applying to WARM NC's home repair and rebuild programs, guiding them from initial inquiry through intake completion. This position ensures homeowners receive timely, accurate information and that required documentation is properly collected and signed before a project moves forward. The HSS works closely with County Managers and the Operations Compliance Specialist to support homeowners at every stage of their project.
